Marion is a lifelong resident of the State of Georgia, is married with two children and resides in Forsyth County, Georgia. Marion is a member of Newsong Community Church in Cumming.

Marion has a BS degree from Georgia State University and a JD degree from Woodrow Willson College of Law.

Marion has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1987, maintaining an office in Gwinnett County since 1990. Marion is a General Practitioner, practicing in the areas of bankruptcy, divorce, family law, wills and probate, small business and personal injury matters.
